新書館の出版物および関連サイトで公開している画像・文章・写真等の著作権は、それぞれ、各著作権者に帰属します。
当社が出版・公開している作品（マンガ、イラスト、写真、文章など）を用いて、正式な許諾を得ずに複写物を作成し有償・無償にかかわらず頒布すること、SNSなどネット上に転載すること、グッズを制作し販売すること、別言語に翻訳し公開すること、行き過ぎたファン活動などの行為は個人の私的利用の範囲を超えたものであり、著作権侵害にあたりますので、固くお断りしております。
最近、悪質な事例が散見されます。
著作権侵害は、作家の利益侵害となるのみに限らず、その気持ちを傷つけるものであり、創作活動を阻害するものです。
読者の皆様においては、正式な許諾を得ていないグッズや複写物の販売をお見かけになっても、ご購入はお控えくださいますようお願いいたします。

The copyrights of the images, texts, photographs, and other materials published by Shinshokan and on related websites belong to their respective copyright holders.
The following are beyond the scope of personal use and constitute copyright infringement: using works (comics, illustrations, photos, texts, etc.) published or released by Shinshokan, or making copies without official permission and distributing them for a fee or free of charge, or posting them on the Internet, such as on social networking services (SNS), or producing and selling goods, translating them into other languages, or making them available to the public, and excessive fan activities.
Recently, there have been a number of malicious cases of copyright infringement.
Copyright infringement is not only a violation of the artist's right to his or her profits, but it also causes emotional damage and interferes with the artist's creative activities.
We would like to ask our readers to refrain from purchasing goods or copies that have not been officially authorized.
